Weblog enhancing EFL students' English lanuage learing 

Purpose:

Study investigated the potential value of Weblog use in English language.It examined students' perceptions and attitudes toward using Weblog.Using weblog as a tool for development of their English skills

The setting and the participants:

University in Nakhon Pathom,the participanta of this research were twenty undergraduate English major female student in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
For this research use tool is Weblog

Findings:

1.students never have experience of Weblog use before undertalking the course.When they learn this course they commented that they gained extensive knowledge and experience from Weblog use.
2.Weblog as a tool to enhance English language development both writing , reading and communicating with other people.
3.students were positive about Weblog use and the course.

discussion and conclusion:

 The results of the study indicate that the online nature and user-friendly characteristics of Weblog encourage students' self-expression.Weblog are powerful tool for English language learning particularly reading and writing skills.Blogging increases student interest, motivation and confidence in writing.In addition to, blogging process is interactive, the author directly increact and exchanges information and opinions with the reader.

Weblog for Use with ESL Classes

What is a Weblog?

A weblog can be thought of an online journal that an individual can update daily life ,information andanything that you interesed with sdoftware and click of a buttom published on internet. 

Three type of Weblog for use in ESL classroom

The Tutor Blog

-It gives daily reading practice to the learners.

-It promotes exloration of English weblog.

-It encourages online verbal exchange by use of comment buttom.

-It provides class or syllabus information.

-It seres as a resource of links for self-study.

The Learner Blog 

These blogs run by individual learners themselves or small collaborative groups of learners.The blog may encourage the use of search engines and net surfing.This will empower the learner to direct the reader to sites of choice for further reading.

The Class Blog

It could be used like a free-form bulletin board for learners to post messages , images , and links related to classroom discussion topics.Class blogs used as a virtual space for an international classroom language exchange and all readers could be followed and commented on by other learners , tutors and frinds.
